Maintenance Plan

Includes (1) HVAC system checks with 1″ filter change. Fall inspections will be scheduled between September 1st and December 31st. Spring inspections will be scheduled between April – June. Regular maintenance visits may not be scheduled during peak season. Maintenance plan customers will receive priority scheduling for emergency service during peak season, waived diagnostic fee, 10% off all HVAC repairs, 1” filter included, The plan is valid for one year, activated upon payment of the plan. Renewing this maintenance plan before the expiration date extends your current coverage to one year from the original expiration date. $149 for the first unit $79 for per additional unit – Residential

$200 for 1st unit and $89 per additional units – Commercial
